I think this is the first property I've ever given a rating of 10. Pulling into the parking area of the accomodation we already knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The owner was very kind and excited to share his knowledge of the little village and area. The room was wonderful, with a spacious bathroom and access to the terrace that was peaceful to sit on and relax in the evening. The breakfasts were simple, yet filling. A yogurt, baguette, croissant (and eggs when available). The village itself was absolutey worth the stay in the accomodation. Great little place. Add onto all of that, and the compound also has art galeries by local artists! A very nice touch.

A very unique place that I would recommend to all art and history lovers. Located in a lovely village. Very peaceful. And it has a nice owner/host.

Enchanting project run by friendly hosts. Its a 300 year old factory turned into a guesthouse and cultural hub. We visited in low season but the common areas and room in themselves were interesting enough to make us wish we had more time to just enjoy the surroundings.

An amazing quirky environment, the hosts were very friendly and informative, the location was perfect to wander through the beautiful village and they made our dog very welcome too.

Funky hotel with a lot of character. Resident artists work is very impressive. Charming little town with lots of bookstores and delicious pizza for dinner.

Brilliant location. The location is a destination on its own. Would love to come back and stay longer.

Stylish and characterful old factory partly converted into hotel with giant rooms. Interesting art throughout the premises. Atmospheric bar, terrace and billiard room. All in the centre of pretty village famous for its many bookshops.
